Although a survey may only take 5-10 minutes for a respondent to complete, it will undoubtedly have been weeks in the making. Questionnaires are meticulously crafted to extract exactly the right information from respondents. With this in mind, each question is deliberated over, words are switched, phrasing changed until the right balance is obtained.

You need to know that your questionnaires will retain the same meaning and phrasing, regardless of the market you’re fielding in. A translation is only as good as its translator, which is why we carefully select our translators to match each project. To guarantee the quality you need, we only work with translators who meet our strict criteria:

Mother-tongue translators

Degree and/or MA in translation

At least 5 years’ professional experience as a translator

Professional membership of a recognised translation body, e.g. ITI, IoL

Successful translation test

2 professional references
